The Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled for July 6, 2023, at 10 am. Please take a look HERE to see the official notice and to access your proxy voting forms. Agenda items for the annual meeting will be sent out via email at least 10 days prior to the meeting. Annual dues are to be paid no later than June 15th. Please use our pay online found on the website to pay your dues and fees. You can find a copy of the 2023 full membership meeting minutes as well as a copy of the financial reports HERE.
Club house boat storage: The board ask that all boats are out of the club house by May 25,2024 Return no earlier than September 21,2024

Our annual membership chicken barbecue will be Saturday August 31 from 4-7 pm at the Clubhouse. Please go HERE by Friday August 23 to RSVP. You will need to tell us how many of the four complimentary meals (per share) you wish to receive and any additional meals that you wish to purchase. Please give a total with the complimentary and purchased meals.

- Completion of the Clubhouse Improvements.
- Start of Phase One of the LOC- Page Lake Dredging Project.

- New Page Lake road signs (Coming soon)
- Phase one of East shore drive Inlet improvement project
- A comprehensive working budget for 2024
The LOC will welcome our new members at our annual meeting as well as pay a small tribute to those members that we have lost over the past year.
